employee and moderator of meeting.
2. Devi Sri Windari (Devi) as Nature Beauty’s
employee and member of meeting.
3. Diansari Choriatul Jannah (Sari) as Nature Beauty’s Finance Manager and chairman of meeting.
4. Ferly Sulistian (Ferly) as Nature Beauty’s
employee and member of meeting.
“Meeting
Corporate Performance to Increase Sales Results”
(The Finance Manager entered the meeting room, followed by three employees
to start the meeting today. All members of the meeting sit and prepare the file
for the meeting.)
Ina : “Good afternoon, all!. On this occation, we
have a meeting that will discuss about
the problem of sales for the last three months has descreased. Furthermore, I
leave it to our Finance Manager to open this meeting.”
Sari : “Okay. Thanks to all of you who have
attended this meeting. All right, let’s start our meeting. First of all, I
would like to hear the sales report of the last three months.”
Ferly : (Start reading the report) “Well, I will report it. Market demand fell by
forty-five percent. We’ve done as much as possible to increase market turnover,
but demand our products day by day continues to decline.”
Sari : “How come?. We just issued a new product and
took the company’s cash for it. What is the problem?.”
Devi: “The problem is our turnover is decreased due
to lack of market opportunities and product innovations that are less present.
And in this case, we must quickly take action so that the sale proceeds
immediately increases.”
Ferly: “What if doing promotional activities via
e-commerce with developing a large national and international potential?, over
the same time the market can grow very rapidly. With so Nature Beauty can reach
the global market.” (Ina notes the
conclusion)
Sari: “Okay. But before that, I want to know the
income statement, changes in equity reports, and balance sheet reports for the
last three months.”
Ina : (While handing over the file) “Well, if
cash is taken from previous months, we can hold promotion for our new product.”
Devi: “Yes, it is true that we take from the cash
of previous months, able to finance the promotion for our new product, because
the profit in this month is below average than usual due to this problem.” (Ina notes the conclusion)
Sari: “Hm… Well, I agree to taking from the cash
of the previous months.”
Devi: “Ready, we will set the overall cost
required.”
Ferly : “By the way, what if we cooperate with global
investors?, because they already have extensive competence and knowledge of
global and local companies. So, can make Nature Beauty become cosmetic brand
that will penetrate global market.” (Ina notes the conclusion)
Sari : “That’s great!. I’ll suggest to the
Marketing Manager to do such a program. And one more thing, we’ll start our
work from this month. So, I hope you can take responsibility for your duties.”
(All) : (Reply in
unison) “Yes, Madam!.”
Ina : (Read the conclusion) “Okay, the result of this meeting is : First, to conduct promotional
activities can be through e-commerce. Second, promotion cost can be taken from
the cash of previous months. And third, we can cooperate with global investors.
Maybe it is just a meeting today. Thank you very much to our Finance Manager
and colleagues who have participated. And the last, see you next time!.”
(All) : (Reply in
unison) “Not at all, see you too.”
(Finally, the meeting was over. They clear the
file and left the meeting room.)
